The fit is standard. For most foot shapes, including those with wider or thicker feet, choose according to your actual foot length. You don't need to go up half a size.
If your feet are narrow/slender/low instep, choose half a size smaller.

For minor stains, clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area. For stubborn stains, it is recommended to have them professionally cleaned.
