Returns & Exchanges

This official website offers one free return or exchange within a 7-day appreciation period.
This store offers both pre-order and in-stock items, therefore we do not accept personal reasons such as "I don't like it," "I don't want to wait," or "I bought the wrong item" as grounds for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
Size not right
The store can assist with size exchanges, but does not offer returns or refunds. Buyers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for replacements. Please contact customer service first and return the item to the designated 7-Eleven convenience store within three days of requesting an exchange. If you have any questions about size selection before placing your order, we recommend contacting customer service privately.
[Product Defect/Incorrect Product Received/Missing Product]
Thank you for your support and love for our brand. We carefully check every order and product before shipping. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by our oversight in case of product errors or major defects. We will cover the round-trip shipping costs for exchanges. Please contact us within seven days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange; exchanges will not be accepted after this period. To ensure fair rights for both buyer and seller, please provide a video of the unpacking and photos of the defective area so we can understand and confirm the product's condition.

Size tolerance
All dimensions provided by the store are measured manually, and an error of plus or minus 3cm is within a reasonable range. Returns and exchanges cannot be requested within this error range.
Screen color difference
Each screen or monitor will cause differences in the color of the product, so color difference is not within the scope of reasonable defects.

This is a preview period, not a trial period. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of use. Products with washing marks: Once a product has been washed, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
Underwear and accessories
According to Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, intimate apparel and accessories (such as intimate bra tops, swimwear, underwear, earrings, ear studs, necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc.) are personal hygiene products, therefore there is no expiration date and returns and exchanges are not accepted based on personal hygiene principles.

[Definition of Non-Defect]
Exposed threads, minor stitching fraying, missing buttons, damaged shoe boxes, extremely small stains within 0.2cm, mixed-color threads within 0.2cm, errors within 3cm in manual measurement, and the smell of fabric and leather (new products will have some original fabric smell, which will gradually dissipate after air drying and washing). All of the above are international inspection standards.
